Frequently Asked Question

If you signed up on Muzu with your Facebook account and you will like to disconnect it, you will need to delete your account. This means that you will lose all data including your website(s). You will also not be able to retrieve any information or site linked to the account once you have deleted your account.

Please follow the steps below to delete your account.

• Log into your Muzu account
• On the dashboard, click the account icon located at the top right and then click on profile.
  
• Next, scroll down to the Delete your account section on the profile page and click on the Delete Account button
  
• A pop-up will be displayed for you to confirm that you will like to delete your account. Click on the Delete button to confirm that you will like to delete this.
  

Once you click on the delete button, your information and the websites linked to your account will be deleted.
