Autorenewal is a feature that automates the process of renewal of your website or addon services whenever they expire. When your service is about to expire, your saved card details would be charged automatically and the service would be renewed.

To Enable / Disable Auto Renewal On MUZU kindly follow the steps below;

1.Log into app.muzu.co

2. Select the icon close to the HELP text & click on the drop-down icon to select subscriptions as seen in the image below;

3. A page with the list of your subscriptions will appear, select the three-dot of the plan you will like to disable autorenewal for as seen in the image below.

4. Then select cancel autorenewal. This will cancel auto-renewal for the plan in question & you will have to make renewals manually.

5. If you wish to enable auto-renewal after canceling this, you can do that on your next payment by clicking on the checkbox to activate auto-renewal on the payment page.
