You can now enable the Tawk.to chat widget on your site.

Tawk.to is a free live chat application that you can set up for free and add to your MUZU site. You may visit this link to create a free Tawk.to account.

To enable the Tawk.to chat widget, you have to add the Chat section on your site by following the steps below

1. Log into app.muzu.co

2. Click on the Edit Website button for the site you would like to manage

3. Click on the Add Section button and select the Chat section.
   Note: This section is only available to Premium and Pro sites.

4. Once the Chat section is enabled, enable the Tawk.to Chat widget.

5. Enter your property ID and widget ID and save the changes. Learn how where to find your property ID and widget ID.

6. Don't forget to publish the changes.

The Tawk.to chat widget should now be displayed at the bottom right of your website. Your website visitors can now start engaging with you on Tawk.to.
