1.Log into app.muzu.co

2. Get started & visit your dashboard

3. Select the icon closed to the HELP text as seen in the image below

4. Click on the drop-down and select subscriptions

5. A page with the list of your subscriptions will appear, select the three-dot for the plan you will like to renew as seen in the image below

6. Click on Renew Subscription/Upgrade Plan, this depends on what you intend to do with the site in question( this same process applies if you're trying to upgrade or renew your plan before or after service suspension)

7. Select a payment option.

8. Click on renew subscription
